From Monday 13th September, applications for divorce must be made online using My HMCTS.
This follows a change to the Family procedure Rules made by the President of the Family Division in August.
Applications for civil partnership dissolution, judicial separation and, nullity should continue to be made to Bury St Edmonds.
There will be a transitional period between 13th September and 4th October when paper applications will continue to be processed.
