Baroness Hale, the first female president of the Uk Supreme Court has announced that she will leave her post as one of the overseas judges at Hong Kong’s highest Court of appeal.

Hale has sat on the bench for 3 years in Hong Kong and does not wish to be re-appointed when her terms comes to an end in July.

Hale also retired from her role at the Uk supreme court last year. Meanwhile Lord Neuberger has agreed to renew his term as one of Hong Kong’s overseas judges.
