The libel case between Rebekah Vardy and Coleen Rooney begins today at the High Court. Mrs Vardy has accused Mrs Rooney of posting false allegations online that she was passing on information about Mrs Rooney to the Sun Newspaper.
Judges have pleaded for the parties to settle the matter out of court but neither party has backed down. It is estimated that each parties legal cost will exceed £1,000,000.
