The Home Office has awarded £11.3 million to 25 Police and Crime Commissioners in a bid to tackle domestic abuse.

The aim of the programmes will be to encourage behaviour changes to prevent further crimes from being committed. There will be a focus on stalking prevention and supporting adolescent perpetrators.

There will be 1-1 therapy, group therapy and, community based activities.
Key objectives of the programmes include reduction in the frequency and gravity of abuse, reduction in the risk posed by the perpetrator and improved safety and protection for victims.
