A new policing bill which is being debated in parliament this week could widen racial disparity according to experts.

Experts have said it would cause frontline professionals to betray the trust of vulnerable people in order to become complicit in the surveillance of those people.

The Government wants to impose a statutory duty on public agencies such as education and healthcare providers to information on services users to help prevent and reduce violence.
