Dominic qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and joined Paul Dodds Solicitors in 2005. Dominic specialises in civil litigation and has extensive experience in personal injury work including industrial disease and clinical negligence cases. Dominic has dealt extensively with professional negligence claims against other solicitors, surveyors and accountants. He has also acted for clients in building disputes, contract disputes, commercial litigation, employment disputes and trust and probate disputes.
Dominic acts as legal advisor to a number of local companies. However, perhaps his best testimonial comes from the fact that a number of other local solicitors refer their clients to him when they feel unable to assist.
