Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and established this practice in 1983. From 1990 Paul specialised in Family Law and was appointed to the Law Society's Children and Family Panels. Paul is one of only a limited number of Solicitor-Advocates entitled to represent clients in all of the family courts.
Paul believes in providing expert advice to his clients who can then make informed choices based on that advice. Paul also believes that it is absolutely vital to listen to what clients have to say and to provide advice tailored to meet their needs. Paul is highly experienced and has a style which quickly puts clients at their ease.
In court Paul is a keen and determined advocate with a robust style and an appetite for challenge. Paul has a proven track record of achieving excellent results for his clients and is acknowledged as a specialist in Family Law and the law relating to children.
Paul heads the Family Law Department as well as being Senior Partner in the firm.
