Court fees to increase in line with inflation

Article 7 of the Court Fees (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2021 will increase some fees in line with inflation from 30th September 2021.

Some of the fees that will be increased include the Fee for an application for section 8 orders under the Children Act 1989 which will increase from £215 to £232 and the application for Financial Provision on divorce will increase from £255 to £275.
